Shipping and returns
HOW DO I RETURN?
Make sure you return the items in the original packaging, it must be unused and show no signs of wearing, and this within 14 days of receiving the goods. All expenses of returning the goods need to be paid by the sender (shipping costs/taxes).
Please contact [email protected] or and fill in the return form. Send this return form by mail or together with your package. Do not forget to mention your order number & order contact details so we can look into your case properly.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of a consumer sale under the Distance Selling Act, the buyer is entitled to return all or part of the delivered goods within a period of 14 days without having to give a reason. This period starts from the date of delivery of the ordered goods. If the Customer does not return the delivered goods to Wright. within this period, the purchase comes into effect.
Before returning the goods, the Customer is obliged to notify Wright. in writing of the return with 14 days of delivery. The Customer shall prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, for example through proof of postal delivery.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging (including accessories and documents, hangtag still attached) and in unused, new condition. If the goods have been used, encumbered or damaged in any way by the Customer, the right of termination under this paragraph shall lapse.
Subject to the provisions of the preceding sentence, Wright. will ensure that the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to the Customer within 30 days of correct receipt of the return. Returning delivered goods is entirely at the buyer’s risk and expense.
The right of return does not apply to purchases of goods made to order and therefore bespoke. This right therefore does not apply to bespoke work.
In the event of incorrect delivery of ordered goods by Wright. , we will bear the full cost of return.
HOW DO I GET REFUNDED?
We will transfer the funds back to the bank account number that has been used for the payment of the order.
Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
